Personal data and cookie policy

This page explains what data cloudnova.ru collects, why it is needed and how to control it. Section 07 lets you switch off web analytics and browser storage — separately or all at once.

01

General provisions

The data controller is sole proprietor Pavlov Maksim Andreevich (TIN 774346890527, state registration number 321774600798430), registered in Moscow, Russia, and the owner of cloudnova.ru. You can reach us at hello@cloudnova.ru — any request about your data is accepted there. A postal address for written requests is provided on request.

This policy covers all data the controller receives from site visitors. By continuing to use the site you accept the arrangement described here. If it does not suit you, do not submit the form and switch off browser storage in section 07.

02

What data is processed

Data you enter yourself in the contact form: your name, a contact for the reply (Telegram or email) and the text of your message. The form has no other fields.

Technical data your browser sends with any request to any website: IP address, browser and operating system version, date and time. It ends up in the web server logs.

  • The site does not ask for identity documents or payment details
  • The site does not collect health data, beliefs or other special categories
  • The site is not intended for minors and does not knowingly collect their data
03

Cookies and browser storage

The site shows no advertising of its own and builds no advertising profile. However, if you allow analytics, the Yandex Metrica counter also syncs identifiers with Yandex advertising services alongside collecting statistics — that is its standard behaviour, and we state it plainly rather than in small print. If you would rather avoid it, leave analytics switched off and the counter is never loaded.

Analytics cookies are set by Yandex Metrica only, and only after you allow web analytics in section 07. Until then the counter is not merely “switched off” — its script is never loaded and your browser makes no requests to Yandex servers.

The full list of what may be stored in your browser:

KeyStored inPurposeLifetime
cloudnova-consent, cloudnova-themelocalStorageYour choice in section 07 and the colour themeUntil cleared manually
cloudnova-localecookieThe selected site language1 year
_ym_*cookieYandex Metrica: anonymised visit statistics. Only after you allow analyticsUp to 1 year
yandexuid, ymex, sync_cookie_* and others on the yandex.ru domainthird-party cookieSet by Yandex itself along with the counter, including identifier syncing with its advertising services. Only after you allow analyticsPer Yandex rules

The site sets one cookie of its own — cloudnova-locale for the language; consent and theme live in localStorage and are never sent to the server. Everything else appears only after you allow analytics: without that the counter script is never loaded onto the page. One important caveat: the cookies in the last row belong to the yandex.ru domain, and this section cannot delete them — switching analytics off stops the counter and clears its cookies on our domain, while Yandex cookies have to be handled through your browser settings.

04

Purposes of processing

Form data is not used for mailing lists and is not shared with third parties for marketing.

  • To reply to your enquiry and discuss the project
  • To remember your colour theme so you need not switch it on every visit
  • To remember the selected site language instead of detecting it again on every visit
  • To understand which pages are read and where visitors come from — anonymised Yandex Metrica statistics, only with your consent
  • To keep the site working and secure — this is what server logs are for
05

Connected services

Hosting provider — processes web server logs as a technical necessity of transmitting data over the network.

Telegram Messenger — if a form submission is forwarded to Telegram, its contents reach that service and fall under its rules. As of this revision the integration is not connected.

Yandex Metrica (Yandex LLC) — anonymised visit statistics: pages opened, referral source, device and browser type, approximate city derived from the IP address. The counter loads only after your consent and is switched off in section 07. Session recording (Webvisor) is not enabled. Yandex processes this data under its own privacy policy.

You can also opt out of Metrica without this site — through your browser settings, a blocker, or the opt-out page Yandex provides. The switch in section 07 exists so you do not have to.

Fonts are served from this site. The page makes no requests to Google Fonts or other external sources.

06

Method and retention periods

Data is processed both automatically and manually by the controller staff. Data is not transferred outside Russia, except for the Telegram case described above.

  • Form enquiries — while the conversation continues and no longer than one year after the last contact
  • Web server logs — up to 90 days, then overwritten
  • Values in localStorage — until you clear them yourself or via section 07
  • The language preference cookie — 1 year or until removed in the browser
  • Anonymised statistics in Yandex Metrica — for the periods that service sets; the counter cookies are deleted the moment you switch analytics off
07

Managing your data and visitor rights

You have the right to request information about the processing of your data, to have it corrected or erased, and to withdraw consent. Just write to hello@cloudnova.ru — we reply within 30 days.

You control web analytics and browser storage right here. Changes apply immediately, without reloading the page: switching analytics off stops the counter from sending data and deletes its cookies.

Security and policy updates

The site runs over HTTPS and access to enquiries is limited to staff who need it for their work.

This policy may be updated. The current revision always lives at this address and the date of the last change is shown at the top of the page. Material changes are not applied retroactively.
